An electronic visa (e-visa) is a new type of a visa document based on which nationals of
55 states сan enter Russia without obtaining an ordinary visa (sticker in passport).
E-visa is issued electronically by the consular department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and allows to visit Russia for tourism, private or business purposes, to participate in sociopolitical, scientific, cultural, economic and sports events. To obtain Russian visa and travel to Russia, foreign citizens are required to have
medical insurance with a minimum coverage amount of at least €30 000. Medical insurance policy must be valid throughout the territory of the Russian Federation and cover the entire period of Russian visa validity.
E-visa can only be
single-entry. Just fill in the application form on the website
