On individual transfers, tourists are greeted with a sign with their last name (unless additional requests arise).
• The waiting time at the airport for arrival transfers is 1 hour.
• The waiting time at the hotel for the return transfer is 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the transfer is not guaranteed. In case of delay for the return flight due to the client's fault (due to delay for the return transfer), no claims will be accepted.

1 piece of luggage per 1 person is guaranteed in the car, if there is more luggage, please specify which vehicle you need to book when booking.
Mercedes Sprinter holds 10-12 pieces of luggage. If there are more suitcases, then the rate is on request.

• Please note that according to the laws of Russian Federation, it is necessary to transport a child (from 0-10 years old) in a child safety seat. The cost of a child seat 0-3 years old = 10 usd net, a booster from 4 years old is provided free of charge.
• Cancellation policy: 48 hours in advance = 100% cancellation fee.
